Let us consider the value to society of the influential clans that have united to form the LGBTQ. Who are they? Perhaps I can make this clear for the under-informed.

Those who already know it all and have no desire to understand what is happening, need not read any further. Those who may be offended by the language that pertains to this topic, are also advised to avoid discomfort. I need to discuss sex in unambiguous terms and plan to offer plain talk.

I will not moralize about the LGBTQ. I want to examine their effect on society. Those who laud, or just avoid the activities of these clans, may find food for thought in what follows.

Let us first decode the acronym LGBTQ.

L The Ls are a social cohort of biological females who are Lesbian by inclination. They prefer sex with other women and tend to avoid sexual contact with men.

G The Gs are homosexual men who prefer sex with other men, not women. Some of this cohort assume female mannerisms and roles and call themselves Gay.

B The Bs are a cohort of men and women willing to play either male or female roles in sexual encounters. They are Bisexual.

T Members of the T cohort adopt the sexuality of the opposite sex to that which is evidenced by their physical configuration. They decry their biological structures and adopt the other sex as their “real” selves, sometimes to the point of undergoing “corrective” surgery. They are Trans-sexual.

Q The Qs are an amorphous group whose sexual preferences are varied and ill-defined. Those in this group are not committed to anything special but are trying to figure out their sexuality by experiencing various lifestyles. They say they are Queer.

All the above sexual preferences are out of tune with the principal purpose of sex, procreation. There is a contention coming from progressive thinkers that we no longer need to agree with nature’s intentions regarding sex and, to be fair, several other things. This is a risky abuse of our free will and individualism.

This extension of individualism is hubris writ large, a concept well-understood by the Greeks. Interesting that the LGBTQ community has adopted the English word Pride as their slogan. Pride closely corresponds to the Greek word hubris. But hubris means more, it is the pride that offends the gods. Its use as a slogan by the LGBTQ community seems to be an unconscious acknowledgment of the fact that LGBTQ takes pride in defying convention. Do they mean what they are saying?

No matter how one may want to assess them, the activities of the LGBTQ ilk are aberrant[i] in the face of what is a requirement of nature. They make no effort and give little credence to the need for procreation. It may well be true that victims of misconceptions associated with this acronym are unavoidably driven by feelings the members cannot control. Other individuals who are unconventional in some way suffer their unavoidable conditions in silence, in secret, or with professional help.

There are violent individuals, delusional individuals, depressed people, serial killers, autistic talents, various fundamentalists, and many others driven by physical, emotional, or mental aberrations that are genuine, not just whimsical lifestyle choices. Yet the others usually do not organize to declare pride in their condition.

It is a fact that many talented men and women are LGBTQ-oriented, particularly in the L and the G groups. If I were to be cynical, I might suggest that it is avoiding the distractions of sexual activity that saves them the time to develop other talents. But that is not so. These groups find sexual outlets among their ilk, outlets that are no less complicated than those we all experience. Based on their social activism, one might even suspect their sex lives are more time-consuming, adventurous, and less restrictive. However, we can all agree that a statistical correlation of LG with artistic talent exists. That might be a source of pride for the talented individuals but not for all the LGBTQ.

Curiously, LGBTQ adherents often display an ability to rationalize, laude, and justify their sexual preferences but exclude certain sexual inclinations. An antique sense of morality seems to make them exclude the well-documented and ancient practice of Zoophilia. Why don’t they enlarge their organization to an LGBTQZ community, granting Zoophiles the publicity and pride they may crave? LGBTQZ parades would be more varied with the participation of Zoophile floats. Zoophiles are citizens too and need to be respected and free to declare their pride. No? If the Zs are to be marginalized by LGBTQ, then I cannot see a cogent argument as to why the various rights the LGBTQ demand should be granted only to those who practice aberrant sex with humans.

Z The Zs are a community that would include those who interact sexually with sheep, donkeys, chickens, and other fauna. Their sex-mates include a Zoo of life forms. History documents the antiquity of such alliances.

We could also add the existence of committed Masturbators.

M The Ms are a community of those who out of genuine need, circumstances, or preference, are left to their own devices. Technology promises human/robot interactions to be increasingly captivating. Masturbation is gaining adherents at an accelerating rate due to social developments such as feminism. Both Men and Women are involved. This lifestyle does not promote procreation.

There are other aberrant sexual drives that we need not catalog here. If the LGBTQ community were to admit that they are no more special than the Male/ Female (MF) devotees, or any other sex-oriented community, then why not also include MF in their banner and make us all proud? There is a wide variety of aberrant sexual entertainment practiced by the numerically superior MF group. One could write a thesis on this. No doubt many have been written. They may contain interesting practices unknown to the highly specialized members of various LGBTQ groups, or even an adventurous MF reader.

There is no need for the LGBTQ movement to exist other than hubris. It allows claims of victimhood to silence criticism and seek some kind of social advantage. It fuels their boasts of enlightenment and liberation. None of it needs to be admired or praised. It only introduces additional activist groups that injure cohesion in society. To paraphrase Nancy Regan: “Just do it.”

I am not going to judge the morals or the benefits of the sexual preferences of the LGBTQZM and other such communities. Many of the LGBTQZM sexual activities take place as dallying among the “straight” MF population. I leave others to judge the value of what the LGBTQ community promotes and how it contributes to the success of societies. But I will offer an opinion regarding reality as I see it.

Failure to procreate, while enjoying the misappropriated[ii] pleasures and adventures associated with sex, means that the LGBTQ defies a basic law of nature …. or the directive of God if you prefer: “Go Forth and Multiply.” The adherents save themselves the burdens of child-rearing that the MF community gladly undertakes. The community of the MFs enjoys sex not only for pleasure and connubial bliss but also, driven by natural responses, they are the agents of our survival as a species. The LGBTQ is selfish and hardly deserving of self-righteous pride in terms of its contribution to our very survival.

There are numerous ways of controlling population growth:

chemical, physical, and medical.

There are no modern incentives for encouraging

pregnancy and childbearing.

The hope that the MF community will cover the deficit created by the breeding default of LGBTQ is not working out. LGBTQ’s permissiveness is seductively undermining parenthood by vigorously fostering their “more open, more liberated,” lifestyle. Inexcusably the LGBTQ community is actively involved in sexually disorienting primary school children! Why? To increase the non-breeding c

[i] The word aberrant is often used to imply something negative. The correct and non-judgmental meaning is that an aberration is a feature that departs from the norm. That is how I want it to be read.

[ii] The pleasure of sex is the primary encouragement for procreation in all mammals, and beyond. The joys and benefits of childrearing have now been greatly diminished by changes in government-assured security, enhanced lifestyle temptations, unmanageable financial burdens, and lassitude. There remains the possibility of laboratory rearing of fetuses if we want to survive. How would that alter family life and humanity overall, even if the procedure works?
